We understand schedules change and service users have to fit in appointments with GPs or Physios- we are flexible in this respect to ensure we work around your appointments and still meet your care needs.
We understand individuality and therefore services are personalised to each service user’s unique needs.
We understand the social isolation involved with people living alone in their own homes and we therefore ensure we socialise and dialogue with our service users and incorporate gestures because people like to have a good laugh.
We ensure the staff we employ understand the needs of our service users and that they are willing to continuously develop in their job, friendly, compassionate, have a good sense of humour and keen to go the extra mile.
FAST RESPONSE SERVICES - We can set up care services for you within 24 hours of making an enquiry.
We believe in the quality of services we provide and so do those we look after- some of our service users go in and out of hospital but whenever they are due to return home they always ask for Sne Care to continue their support. This shows the level of trust service users have for us.
We have a thorough risk assessment which promotes a great level of safety for both the client and their staff. We work with social workers and the service users themselves to help them make informed decisions that promote their health and safety which therefore helps to minimise hospital admissions.
Your care staff
We only employ those candidates whom we believe in their experience and those who are keen to learn and adapt to our current exceptional standards of quality.
If we do not give people opportunity we can miss out on their potential therefore any new staff, on their initial weeks they work with our Quality control manager and are channelled in the right direction to ensure there is that consistency of quality. They will then work with colleagues for peer learning and they will only retain their post if they receive positive feedback from the clients and colleagues.
We do not use agency staff and we are continuously training and sharing research knowledge to our staff so they keep up to date with new information and understanding of their job role.
We ensure staff are happy to be with us - they are paid weekly, rewarded for loyalty and outstanding performance and they are also involved in recreational activities for rejuvenation of the mind to ensure they can happily look after our clients with a happy free mind.
Our service users who had care previously from other providers say they are happier now and well looked after now than before.
