What we do
We support all vulnerable individuals in their own homes who are either young or elderly with physical and or psychological disabilities or those who may require help to meet their day to day needs.
We provide a recruitment service that trains and retains health care staff that we feel have the right attitude, personality and character to promote our vision which is to understand individuality and equally support and nurture every individual we are obliged to care for.

How we do it
How do we do this – we not only want to understand the basic care plan of the individual because we believe their past can be influential in terms of how we support them so we take time to know the clients from their past, present to their future plans through involving them and their family to meet their needs.
We want our clients to reminisce on moments they share with our passionate staff team hence expect this to not only be about meeting the needs as detailed in care plan but a daily experience through constant communication and gestures during intervention. At least once every 2 weeks our quality management team calls service users to speak to them direct or their family members to gather their views about the service.
Through experience we learnt that people do not always like to make a complaint or to open up on small matters until they escalate therefore checking on our service users regularly alleviates any possible escalation of matters and consequential frustration.

Our Aims
SNe Care Service seeks to foster and encourage principles of dignity, responsibility and self-worth. SNe aims to equally nurture vulnerable individuals with minimal to profound disabilities in all aspects of their life from physical, emotional, social and spiritual with dignity and respect.
We believe there is no place like home therefore we advocate the notion of people staying in their own homes where they can still enjoy their space, freedom, and retain the right to choice and most of all maintain their community ties. SNe thrives on years of experience that drives our ambition to growth and continuous improvement through testimonials from our clients. We give people a care experience that justifies their perceptions about what caring for them should be. We support individuals of different conditions from elderly, learning disability and those with physical and mental health needs. We are flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of our service users by listening to all your feedback. |
